Information Services Questionnaire

Included with the previous issue of CONNECTIONS journal was an 'Information Services Questionnaire'. The aim of the questionnaire was to improve the quality and efficiency of our service to users. As such, the responses are currently being tabulated and the result will define any necessary improvements to the service.

I wish to thank all the schools who responded to the questionnaire over the past three months; and for the detailed comments that will be useful for future planning.
